Return & Refund Policy

JecaTreasures is an online-only store. We do not operate a physical retail location and do not accept in-person returns.

All products are either made-to-order through third-party print partners or delivered digitally.

1. Print-on-Demand Products (Made-to-Order Items)

All physical products are produced after purchase through our production partner.

Because these products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

Orders returned due to an incorrect address are not eligible for refund. Reshipping fees may apply.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by shipping carriers. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for replacement unless confirmed lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We do not require physical returns and do not provide a public return address.

2. Digital Products

All digital products (including downloads, printable files, PDFs, or digital content) are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital goods, once access or download has been provided, the sale is final.

3. European Union – Right of Withdrawal

Physical Goods (EU Customers)

Under EU law, customers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Personalized items

Since our physical products are produced upon order and not pre-stocked, they qualify as goods made to the consumer’s specifications and are exempt from standard withdrawal rights under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Digital Content (EU Customers)

By purchasing digital products from JecaTreasures, you:

  • Expressly consent to immediate delivery

  • Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once download begins

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time
